Providing guidance and resources

Home-Based Services

We are seeking learning coaches to provide exceptional learning services to our clients in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. As a learning coach, you will have the opportunity to work directly with learners, helping them achieve their goals and develop new skills.

One of the benefits of our program is that we bring the learning services to the client, which means you will be traveling to different homes throughout your workday. We understand that travel can be time-consuming, so we compensate our learning coaches for their drive time between clients and provide mileage reimbursement for any driving done while on the job.

While telehealth coaching may be an option in some cases, the majority of the services provided will be in-person. This allows for a more personalized and effective approach to learning, as learners are able to participate in the comfort and familiarity of their own surroundings.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to travel to clients' homes, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping learners achieve their goals. If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team of learning coaches.

Flexible Options

We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time learning coaches to join our team. As a Part-Time learning coach, you will work approximately 25 hours per week, with 20 of those hours spent providing direct coaching with learners. The remaining time will be spent completing non-service tasks, such as driving, timesheets, session documentation, and attending supervision and team meetings.

Full-Time learning coaches will work approximately 40 hours per week, with 30 of those hours spent providing direct coaching with learners. The remaining time will be spent completing non-service tasks, including driving, timesheets, session documentation, training new team members, and attending supervision and team meetings.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions offer opportunities for growth and development within the organization. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about helping learners achieve their goals and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

To be considered for these positions, candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team of learning coaches.

Paid Training and Certification

We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching children to join our team as Learning Coaches. Whether you already hold a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or not, we have an exciting opportunity for you. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide all of the training you need to become a certified RBT.

Our comprehensive training program combines in-person and online instruction to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to pass your RBT exam and provide quality learning services to our clients. The training is paid, and upon completion of the program, the certification belongs to you.

We are dedicated to the development of the field of RBTs and Behavior Analysts and are committed to providing our team with exceptional training to become amazing coaches. All you need to qualify is to be 18+ years old, hold a High School Diploma, pass a background check, and have a passion for teaching children.

As a Learning Coach with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in the field you love, helping children achieve their goals while expanding your own knowledge and skills. If you are a driven and compassionate individual looking for an opportunity to make a difference, we encourage you to apply today.

Competitive Pay

At Joyful Learning Services, we recognize that our Learning Coaches are the heart of our work, and we value their commitment to effectively coach our clients. That's why we offer pay rates that reflect this commitment. As a Learning Coach, you will receive higher compensation for your direct coaching time with learners than for your non-service time. This means you can directly impact your pay by spending more time working with learners.

We understand that there are certain non-service requirements you need to meet, but we do our best to keep them to a minimum so you can maximize your coaching time. We also understand that cancellations can happen, especially when working with real kids. That's why we will work with you to provide a rescheduled or make-up session within two weeks of any canceled session, so you can maintain your coaching hours.

If we are unable to provide a make-up or fill-in session, we will provide you with non-service work to do, or pay you for one hour of the canceled session at your non-service pay rate. While this may not be the same as working with a learner, it helps protect your paycheck and provides additional financial stability for you.

We want to make sure you feel valued and supported as a Learning Coach, and we believe that fair compensation and flexibility are important parts of that support.

We encourage you to be your authentic self, as we value individuality and acceptance of all team members. Our goal is to bring joy to learning for both our learners and our coaches.
